Reiki is a Japanese form of energy balancing that invites relaxation and inner reflection. A session of in-person or long-distance Reiki can leave you feeling calmer, clearer, and balanced.

She will guide you to better understand the connection between your thought patterns, past experiences, emotions, and behaviors that may be creating difficulties in your life and impacting your health and well-being.
